Approach

We begin our relationship by carrying out an initial assessment of the client's mental, physical, social and psychological health. This first approach is provided by a qualified ARSI professional with the experience level, competency and professional credentials.

Based on this assessment, we assist our client in choosing the best alternative available to meet his/her needs. ARSI Care Group will then provide a dedicated and experienced caregiver for each particular client. We will select the person that best matches your special needs, including rapid placements and short-term requests.

Our Screening Process

Personal Interviews, Reference Checks, and Criminal Background Checks are just the beginning. After the screening process, we begin to train our future caregivers in the ARSI code of ethics and professional standards.

Only those who pass our induction program will go on to provide services to our clients.We pride ourselves as having the most talented pool of healthcare professionals in the South Florida area.
